Alan Supply ships via UPS, and we use an automatic calculation to insure that you're not overcharged.  Alan Supply does charge a $2.00 handling fee on all orders to cover packaging costs.  As of now we only ship to the United States.

Most orders will ship the business day after you place your order or before, we will contact you if the item is back ordered. 

Alan Supply covers our products with a 90 day limited warranty, all manufacturer's defects will be covered at no charge.  The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damage to the product nor does it cover normal wear and tear.

Alan Supply will accept returns of our products if the product was purchased in the last 90 days.  The product must be unused and in original box, and the customer must pay the shipping fee to return it.

Alan Supply does not give out or sell any of your information.  We don't ordinarily mail, e-mail, or call you unless it pertains to your order.  Our secure server protects your data from being stolen with a standard 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.

Tax only applies in Texas, with a rate of 8.25%.
